This is kind of a new thing for us but we are super into beads right now.

Here’s the story.

Melia hosts Craft Monday’s with her 6 year old nephew, and one day he wanted to make a bead snake (you remember those). So materials were purchased, and the project begun, and just like that, beads came back into Melia’s life after a long, unnoticed hiatus. Probably since she made her last bead snake.

A subsequent Craft Monday included a field trip to a bead store (OJ: “I don’t think I’ve ever been to a store that only sells one thing”), which really broke open the world of beads for them, and now there’s just no stopping the bead train.

Sunglass chains, key chains, phone chains, neck chains (ehem, necklaces) - what will we bead next!?
