We ship Canada wide from our home in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and can accomodate international shipping where directly organized with you. We believe you should consider, or at least know, where your products are being shipped from so that you choose more local options where possible. Therefore we include graded flat rate pricing depending on how far you reside from us (and therefore, to reflect the higher cost of shipping - both quantitative and external, such as the environmental cost of shipping).

We do our best to fulfil your orders as quickly as possible; however, it’s possible that something you’ve ordered has to actually be MADE before it is sent to you. As a result, we generally estimate 2-3 week lead times for your items to arrive. Where the goods are already available, it will be faster. Please feel free to reach out if you have a rush order.

We want you to be very happy with your purchase, but sometimes something happens and a product is damaged in shipping or is otherwise malfunctioning. Or maybe you’ve just changed your mind.

Where an item is damaged in shipping, the shipping carrier’s insurance will apply.

Where the item is in as-shipped condition and you simply wish to make a return, we will provide a full refund for returns executed within 14 days. In these cases, you will be responsible for return shipping.

Where there is a manufacturing defect with an item, we will ask you for verifying details and photographs and then will send you a return shipping label for the item, and you can opt to exchange or return for full refund.

Please note, because all of our items are handmade with natural materials, minor irregularities in the colour, shape, or appearance of an item will not be considered a manufacturing defect and will not be considered cause for a refund.
